My yoga classes are an experiential expression of relaxation, movement, music and flowing energy that will open your heart and leave you overflowing with bliss.
Having experienced during almost 20 years the benefits of Yoga myself, in a personal level, I decided five years ago to become a Yoga instructor and help spread the incredibly positive power of Yoga and Meditation.
At Yoga Soul with Nesi we truly believe that when your yoga practice is integrated into your daily life, you really get to experience transformation and healing of the power of Yoga.
I focus on keeping class sizes small (under 10 students) to properly guide and instruct students on an individual and personal level.
My mission is to inspire people to more conscious lifestyle choices for their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

My Yoga sessions bring together movement, breath and relaxing music to release stress and create a mindful space for strengthening your entire body. My Yoga practice will meet you where you are and take you where you want to be with positive and easy energy.
I use yoga and meditation in my classes to dive inward, and I am continuously seeking that special place in between effort and ease, focusing on breath awareness and self love. I guide my students to find their own strength and create a playful and relaxing environment of discovery. All classes are adapted and designed according to all different levels of yoga for my students.
You are invited to a friendly and welcoming space where you can calm your mind, strengthen your body, open your heart and soothe your soul. Whether in a group class, personalized one-to-one session or online classes I look forward to connecting with you!
