My mission is to inspire you and guide you with love and compassion through Yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama), that will leave you with a sense of calm, focus and empowerment which will help you in your daily life.

I love teaching my students about mind-body awareness to heighten their confidence on and off the mat.  Helping them understand and listen to their bodies for a healthier lifestyle. Offering modifications for all poses so every “body” can enjoy their yoga journey.

The discipline of yoga has transformed my life and I see the potential each person has to transform their own lives with this scientific healing work. It brings me joy to help others find bliss, balance and deeper meaning in their lives.

During my Yoga classes I invite you to unite mind, body, and spirit to transcend physical asana and create space for a conscious evolution that aligns with your own natural rhythms. You will experience the power of Yoga restoring balance in your body, in a safe and supportive environment.

With a great desire to teach from the heart and with breath, flow, and a little soul searching, I guide my students to discover their true potential on and off the mat.

“Yoga is a Journey of Self Discovery”

My Journey with Yoga started more than 15 years ago when I decided to join yoga classes in search of a way to feel better and find balance between body and mind. After my few first yoga classes I experienced something I had never feel before: deep-peace and contentment, and a sense of feeling good to be me. Soon I realized of the multiple wonderful benefits of Yoga and started practicing this amazing ancient Indian philosophy of life on a regular basis.

Yoga has helped me immensely to find that balance and overcome all the challenges that I encountered during years, finding always the answer in a peaceful and intuitive way, and creating a space of mindful awareness, love and compassion where I could always find my self.

It was some years ago that I started teaching Yoga to friends and family, realizing that my passion and purpose in life is to share everything I have been learning about Yoga, a lifestyle that brings you happiness, love and peace.

Then I decided to become a Yoga teacher and I graduated at the British School of Yoga as a certified Yoga Instructor (+200hr) and an Advanced Hatha Yoga Instructor (+200hr). Currently I am studying Ashtanga Yoga to improve my Yoga practices.

My personal yoga experience has gifted me with a new approach to how I care for myself, how I breathe and move and how I live my life allowing me to grow in every aspect.

I feel as if my yoga story is only just beginning, and I am excited to see where it takes me in the years to come!
